Recently, I've been suffer about my current job.
I ask me, myself to be more patient towards this(insurance) job, because i lack of experience, so, that is why i have to work here for at least one year, make more friend, meet more situation and specially is the way of communicate.
Now a day's, many graduate fresheners finish their studies and looking for some job, work with their field or looking for other job that suit their attitude. Apparently the salary is to low for them, Giving you RM1800 for Diploma certificate then Rm2200 for Degree certificate, would it be high as for your expectation? Is it enough for you to cover your personal expenses? NO/YES
From my view, fifty percent of graduate student finish their studies, probably they will go to insurance field to increase their communication skill and socialising attitude. Is it worth enough if you spend on something that is not worth for you in the future, although you learn how to talk, i mean communication skill.
I agree that i less in communication skill and social attitude but for what i pressure myself towards current company? Fight for the team advantage(benefit), help company protect their month/yearly target, and in the end get nothing. Just get a piece of cake that make you feel sweet for a moment. F***
Finally I'm going back hometown, oh my Home sweet home miss you so much and wait for me my beloved parents.
Going to spend my time with parent's this Friday till Sunday.
Won't force myself to think more on salary, the people, the pressure of the work and mostly no more loyalty towards current company.
Will make blog more interesting and more picture onwards. Keep update!!
